I. Equipment Familiarization
Course length: 8-16 hours
Class size: 5-8 operators
Includes: Walk-around inspection; cab and controls; fundamental operating techniques
II. Equipment Introduction
Course length: 40 hours
Class size: 4-6 operators
Includes: Safety; machine component familiarization; walk-around
inspection; cab and controls; fundamental techniques; training on productive techniques for appropriate tasks (includes Operators Manual review)
III. Equipment Refresher
Course length: 24-32 hours*
Class size: 5-8 operators
Includes: Same as Equipment Introduction.
*Course length varies depending on operator experience levels.
IV. Application Courses
Designed for trained operators, this course focuses on techniques for maximizing production during specific operations.
V. Custom Courses
