Client Support Agreements

What is a Client Support Agreement?

Empire Client Support Agreements

Client Support Agreements (CSAs) are arrangements between you and Empire that help to lower your cost per unit of production. Empire’s CSAs are tailored to fit your situation. These client support agreements can range from simple Preventive Maintenance Kits to sophisticated Total Maintenance and Repair Agreements.

Maximum Flexibility

Perhaps the most important feature of Empire’s CSAs is flexibility. There are no preset requirements or specific products and services that you must agree to buy before setting up a service agreement. In every case and with every machine, a CSA is an individualized plan. Depending on your needs, your client support agreement costs can be a monthly flat-rate fee or some other arrangement based on actual production hours.

Your strategy agreement may include as few or as many machines as you wish. You can cover individual machine systems (engine, hydraulic, drive train and undercarriage, for example) or the entire machine. Empire will work with you to determine the best support to maximize your machine’s productivity and minimize costs.

Client Service Agreements Are For Everyone

Client Support Agreements are not just for new, large machines. The need to work efficiently at lower operating costs is the same regardless of a machine’s size, age or its application. That's why CSAs are available for existing fleets and used equipment with support for Caterpillar and all other major brands. Even certified or dealer rebuild machines can be covered.
