Hydraulic Cylinder Repair

CylinderRepair One of our most important services is the repair and rebuilding of hydraulic cylinders. Our heavy-duty cylinder bench accommodates cylinders up to 50 feet long and 10,000 pounds. Highly skilled technicians ensure accurate surface variance and bore dimension. Our extensive shop includes cylinder workstations, cylinder barrel washing equipment and a honing bench that can handle jobs of all sizes.

Hose Building

HoseBuilding EHS also offers fast, expert hose-building services. In 30 minutes or less, we can build the best hose for any application, large or small. Custom hoses and fittings are our specialty, and our hoses exceed the industry’s best abrasion-resistance standards by up to 10 times. That’s especially important in Arizona’s brutal working conditions.

TestBooth Our one-of-a-kind hydraulic test booth was designed and built by our own expert technicians. It precisely simulates machine operations, and can even mimic the functions of some of the largest hydraulic testing systems in the industry.
