Reliable power is a product of proper maintenance practices and appropriately trained personnel. Empire Power Systems’ training courses will properly train you and your employees on the accurate operation and maintenance of power generation systems.

After completing one of our courses you will better understand how power systems operate and what actions you can take to maintain the reliability of your equipment. Our training courses are unique mix of hands on classroom presentation, demonstrations and active equipment operation and diagnostics using equipment in the shop and in the field.

What to Wear

Safety glasses and hearing protection, if required will be provided. No shorts, tank tops or open toed shoes allowed. All cotton clothing is recommended. Remember, these are hands on courses so please plan and dress accordingly.



Jerry St. Hilaire is our dedicated power trainer. He has over 30 years of experience in power generation and has worked on numerous makes, models and designs of equipment and systems. Jerry is a certified EGSA Electrical Generator Systems Technician and CAT Electric Power Analyst for which he completed over 400 hours of classroom training on the entire Standby Power System and its components.
