Same Day or When You Say*

Need maintenance, wear, or repair parts in a pinch? We’ll have them ready – guaranteed same business day or when you say. 

No matter which CVA level you have, we’ll get you the parts you need, when you need them. If we don’t, you’ll receive up to $1,000 in Cat Credits.*

SERVICES COMMITMENT

2 Days or As Promised**

Have unplanned repairs? Whether you need service fast or prefer to schedule it later, we’ll have you back to work in 2 days or as promised. 

If we’re unable to perform the service as promised, you’ll receive up to $1,000 in Cat Credits.**

Whether you perform your own maintenance or rely on us for service, there’s a CVA that fits your needs and is backed by our commitment to keep you up and running. 

* Same day on orders placed before 2pm local time, Monday-Friday. Covers maintenance, wear, and common repair Cat parts. If commitment not met, we credit you up to $1,000. Varies by industry. Additional terms and conditions may apply.
