Event Details

Empire offers a one-day training course that covers the auto lubrication systems found on most mining equipment, such as trucks and loaders. Topics include system operation, troubleshooting and adjustments, and hands-on activities.

What You Will Learn:

Different types of Centro Matic components, such as pumps, injectors, and more
Different types of Quicklub components, including pumps, metering valves, and more
Operation of grease injectors
Auto lube system operation
How to service, troubleshoot, and adjust the auto lube system
How to keep the system clean

While Empire instructors teach on Cat equipment, the knowledge gained from the course can be applied to other heavy equipment manufacturers.

Safety glasses and steel-toed boots or shoes are required. No shorts, tank tops, or open toed shoes allowed. All cotton clothing is recommended. Remember, these are hands on courses, so please plan and dress accordingly.

Empire reserves the right to cancel or change the dates of any training course due to insufficient enrollment.
