Event Details
Empire offers a two-day training course designed for service personnel to gain the necessary knowledge and skills to identify components and features of oval and elevated sprocket undercarriages. Participants will be able to identify the demands on today’s track type machine undercarriage and will perform a maintenance inspection in class.
What You Will Learn:
- Types of undercarriage designs
- Key features and components of an oval track undercarriage
- Key features and components of an elevated sprocket undercarriage
- Function of the track and roller frame components
- Undercarriage inspection and maintenance process
- Value of proper undercarriage CTS inspections and wear management
While Empire instructors teach on Cat equipment, the knowledge gained from the course can be applied to other heavy equipment manufacturers.
